Qualifications Looking to Learn More | Hi all I havent really been doing anything special except for eliminating soda from my diet and so far I have dropped 11 pounds in just a few weeks. I realize that may not seem like much but its a good start for me. ![]() |

That's all that really matters. It was in my mind that it was holding me back. I box and after I win my boxing matches, I celebrate by having a soda. Just one can. That's my reward. I don't drink alcohol or I would do like most people and prolly go out and party afterward. |
