Hi my name is Shila
I have been taking thsi fat burner called slim quick but not working out as often as i should. I go to work and work full time plus i have two children. I am trying to find the not so easy but not so hard way to lose 35 lbs without killing myself. How often do I need to exercise?

Re: Losing weight

It isnt all exercise, you will want to probably work on your diet too. Often when working full time no one thinks to have meals other than the ones at designated breaks. Will get into weight lifting in another post, but as for your meals, if you are eating say 3 meals a day, try bumping it up to 5 or 6 (not all big meals) but some healthy snacks throughout the day. By eating more meals, it will increase your metabolism which will help you to lose weight and allow your body to adjust to eating right.

Will review slim quick soon, need to go for now tho.

Great post gymBum!

He hit the nail on the head! Diet is the number one factor when it comes to losing weight(BF) and or gaining weight! Cardio is number two and actual weight training is number 3. People don't realize that weight training replaces fat with new grown muscle. Please don't go with the scale either as they lie. Remeber when weight training, youlose fat and gain muscle which is more dense than fat.

Why don't you lay out a typical day for us with meals eaten and timnes and include the times you wake, sleep and train along with your current stats ie. height, weight, current bf, and goals you would like to reach. Then we can come up with a diet and training regimen to help you further!

PS....You may want to leave your real name out of future posts!
