Talking One Good Way to Lose Weight

Hey everybody
This is a good post for everyone who wants to lose weight, right - who doesnt? The best way to show those ab's you say you have. Well the best ways to lose weight are to eat right people dag gone get a good eating plan going. Actually go to the gym and workout, dont talk. Cardio cardio cardio people. I cant stress that enough. Best times in the morning right when u wake up have a cup of coffee and go jog or do some form of cardio for 30-45mins and then after your workout in the gym do cardio again. If you do those simple things I'm telling you, you will be a happy person

Right there with you LL. Found a trick, called sleep deprivation. Just work, workout and do cardio! I have gotten this down for cutting, but when i start bulking again i have to rest. Plus i need more time to eat as i can't keep full! You know why that is LL! LOL

hey man you should eat every two hours or so split if up into like 6meals a day from the time you wake up till you go to bed when ur cutting wieght you always feel hungry cause ur not used to the calorie's but when ur bulking you should never feel hungry

I wouldn't recommend sleep deprivation actually.
but if your looking to squeeze some exercising into your daily/weekly routine & your busy the way it is....do what I do: run early in the morning before work or run late at night 10-11ish. That way you don't have to work around gym hours. Then again, if your from a big city, that might not be safe. But where there is a will, then there's a way, right?

Hahha that could've been bad - some forum browser that doesn't know you takes it seriously and...uh oh. Getting a good sleep is actually important in LOSING weight heh
