Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Core Training Before Starting to Bulk hey folks one of my old personal trainers recommended that I do a core training program for a couple weeks before I started to work on bigger lifts to start bulking up. I suppose this makes sense to build a foundation before bulking up, but it was always discouraging because I wanted to jump straight to packing on the pounds. What do you guys think? Necessary or another way for the PT to get 2 weeks of training out of me? Motof
