Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Squats and Milk Program - Tried it? hey all I have been reading around on the forums and saw a post mentioning the "Squats and Milk" program. I did some searching and was wondering if anyone has tried this program? http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/irontamer5.htm I would really like to start this and see how it works out peace -Motof

Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Squats and Milk Program - Tried it? I think I was the one that mentioned it. I haven't tried it (I play soccer 4-6 days a week) but from others that have done it, it is brutal. It will do what it says to do though which is put size and increase your squat. Yea that was your post actually - thanks for pointing me in its direction, I think I'm going to try it as soon as I hit summer. However, I was wondering with this program, it doesn't include any of what he calls single joint exercises such as the bicep curl, so how will I get my arms stronger? They seem to be the only missing muscle here. Are those exercises so broad that my arms will gain size too?

Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Squats and Milk Program - Tried it? The main goal of the program is to get your squat up and put on mass. I don't know your current stats or training experience, post that and we'll go from there. |
