Tips on Keeping Your New Years Resolution

Hey All,
I browsed around for some tips on how to keep your fitness new years resolutions (and I'm sure some of them apply to all resolutions)...

Don't compare yourself to others. Accomplish your goal in a way that's best suited to you.

They can provide encouragement and reinforce your commitment to change. If necessary, seek professional help to assist you.

Along these same lines, joining a forum (like this one) provides great community support and help with doing things properly to get the most out of your effort.

This will help you to keep in mind longer term goals that are hard to concentrate on sometimes.

Those are just some of the tips on keeping your new years resolution that I liked. Feel free to contribute other tips and tricks you might use to stick with your resolution!
