I used to be heavy too my friend. started out at 260 and FAT... now down to 205 and not as fat. Get your diet right, keep it right, walk, jog, run, and Jumprope is how I started. There is no "fast" way to getting lean. I still could lose another 25lbs myself.

BEFORE (around 260)

NOW (around 205)

A lot of this is going to come down to your diet. How is that looking right now? You also mentioned that you do not have access to gym equipment... how's the weather where you are? Sidewalks, stadium stairs and parks are all great for getting cardio in. You could also get a quick-fix and buy a jump rope.

Just like alb and some others had said, a lot will come down to your diet. if you want to lose it all asap, get your diet together and follow it strictly. check out the diet forum in the weight loss section, all of those threads have some great tips that lead straight to results.

Welcome! I can tell you really want the weight off, but be patient. Slow weight loss is healthy weight loss--and weight loss that stays off! Being consistent with working out and eating right will get get you there.
You can't just take fat off of your chest no matter what you do. When our bodies lose fat ehy lose it everywhere.

It woul dbe good for you to have a plan with frequent meals throughout the day with lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean proteins, whole grain carbs, and some good fats. Combine a good strength training routine with cardiovascular exercise. It takes time to find what really works best for you.

do pushups all day. I'm at 3 to 400 right now, i do 50 at a time. I'm hoping to hit 1000 soon. It's pretty easy to incorporate into your daily routine, if you're standing around not doing anything drop and do 30. (i do 50 at a time right now)

Most people don't know this but pushups also work your abs.

Yes, push ups definitely work your abs. You can feel them burn when you are keeping your body in line. Also, flexing your core during the entire push up is key and also works your abs. Good call silver
