Can't Flex Left Bicep as Hard as Right Bicep

hey ya'll.

I have been working on flexing more in between sets and flexing more in between exercises. However, I have noticed that I can flex my right bicep a LOT harder than my left bicep.

I know that my right bicep is currently stronger than my left, but when I flex my left bicep, I can't feel it contract as hard.

When I flex my right bicep, I can feel the tingle as I make it flex really hard. But when my left flexes, I can't get the tingle in my bicep and it feels like it is just flexing the forearm muscle that connects your bicep and forearm.

More thoughts: When I flex my right arm, I can turn my palm all the way in towards me and make it not flex that forearm muscle, but no matter how much I twist my left palm, the forearm muscle still flexes.

Any thoughts on this? I also have a much harder time flexing my right pectoral muscle than my left, but it isn't as complicated ha - I think it just needs more training.

Peace
Motof

It's simply neuromuscular control. You can't flex your left arm as tight because you're right handed and always using your right arm and bicep for most movements in normal life; writing, sports, eating, ect. You don't notice that in your chest because using only one chest muscle isn't something many people do, so you're not likely to have have one that you have more neuromuscular control over since you use both equally as much. The more you continue to work on flexing your left arm and use it independantly the more control you will develop with it. It's all in your nervous system. Hope that helps.
