Replacement for Bent Over Rows

I have been doing Bent Over Rows recently but I have been trouble getting the form right. As a result, when I try to do them I get really frustrated and angry. Can anyone suggest an exercise I can do instead of bent over rows to prevent this problem?

It doesn't have to do with the weight. I have trouble getting the form right even when I'm just practicing it in the mirror.

What are dynamic rows?

Re: Replacement for Bent Over Rows

You can try any of the following to work the same muscle group:
seated cable rows(straight bar or v-bar)
lat pull down(straight bar or v-bar)
pull ups(weighted if neccessary)
1-arm dumbbell row
t-bar rows - this is basically the same movement, but may help you since the bar is already stuck in the plane of motion

Great, I'll try the suggestions those sites have for bent-over rows. If that doesn't work, I'll switch it with one of the exercises Chris mentioned. Thanks for your advice.
