just thought i'd see how many of you incorporate yoga (1 day, 2 day, whatever) into your weekly workout?

the reason i asked is because I really dont and I wish I would. I think it would help me out a lot and it definitely benefits you strength wise because of 1. the workout and 2. when you become more limber, you are able to build more strength (theres a more scientific reason I just don't recall atm, I think it is even on the boards though.)
