I've Been to the Gym
yahoooooo!!!!!

began working out my upper body--after 5 weeks now curling 20 lbs
benching 100lbs no shoulder stuff yet--------i hate being careful it is driving me nuts!------------my legs are doing great though ----leg ext went from 150---to 220lbs this month about 25 reps--------for me that is excellent and my calves are finally growing-------now i gotta get my 6 pak back------its ok cuz i'll be hot shit by spring time and looking like me again

Great job man, I'm glad to see you can start progressing again.

You should start a journal and put this there, seems much more suitable, no?
