Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Transformationed Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | yahoooooo!!!!! began working out my upper body--after 5 weeks now curling 20 lbs benching 100lbs no shoulder stuff yet--------i hate being careful it is driving me nuts!------------my legs are doing great though ----leg ext went from 150---to 220lbs this month about 25 reps--------for me that is excellent and my calves are finally growing-------now i gotta get my 6 pak back------its ok cuz i'll be hot shit by spring time and looking like me again |
