What muscles do you take the most pride in?

What muscle or muscles do you like to train / perfect / grow the most?

I was gonna make this a poll but I think a discussion would be better so you can add why and such

You know I really take a lot of pride in training all bodyparts with the same intensity. I approach my calf training the same way I would heavy squats. Be as focused and intense for any lift you do...you're there to build muscle, not to go through the motions. If it's worth the time to do it, it's worth the effort to get the most out it.

But, as far as response goes, my triceps and back always seem to respond the quickest.

Re: What muscles do you take the most pride in?

I'd like to have all of my muscles equal in their own areas. But Since I'm mostly a runner and such I would have to say my calfs would be most important in that area. I just want them to be as firm and strong as possible, so I make sure to run for a long time before doing any other exercise .

I also take some pride in my stomach/abbs. I work on them the most because I'm always afraid of getting really fat and unhealthy and when I started to work out my stomach was the first section I did.

Probably biceps, as I want to be able to show them off in the future. Mine aren't a bad size now but still want them a bit bigger.

Girls seem to like them too.

hmmm...i dont take pride in any of my muscles really (just not happy with em at the moment)...but people say my biceps, shoulders, back, n calves...

the ones I like working out the most probably have to be back, all muscles...love deadlifting

ones I like working out the least is probably chest, and thighs...

I have one muscle that I love to train with the females

Seriously tho, like training chest as I dont seem to get injuries n I can make good gains (touch wood). Also back, n I love doing deads/power cleans but I fucked my back up one day doing squats n power cleans on same day, lifting as much as I could, now my backs fucked n I cant do them.
