Motivation to Go Back to the Gym

hey all
Well I finally got myself to go back to the gym.. I kept on reading on the forums and learning and learning but kept on being lame and not going back. What I think finally broke down was that I kept on having this idea of "get big super quick" and so each day I'd figure I wouldn't get real big that first day and I wouldn't go.

As soon as i got over that and decided to take it one day at a time and I'd be way better off I went freely to lift. Felt great - hopefully these thoughts will help some other browser get over there too

Re: Motivation to Go Back to the Gym

It's good to see that you're back in the gym. One of the most important traits to have in bodybuilding and weightlifting is patience. It takes time and dedication to build a great body.
