Qualifications Update your profile! No qualifications entered yet. | Jumping Rope - great exercise I just thought I'd add this as a tip. Along with the thread about boxing to lose weight: http://www.chronicfitness.com/forum/...se-weight.html Something I think is a killer exercise is jumping rope. It seems pretty easy but it really is a great workout if you do it for about 15 - 20 minutes. I work up a crazy sweat. Its also a lot easier to get yourself to do it than other things IMHO like push ups and sit ups. |
