I've Been to the Gym
Exclamation Having trouble keeping my weight

Now with school started up again, marching band practice monday through thursday, I dont have enough time to go to the gym. Can sum1 help me find time in my busy life to go to the gym.
Sunday -
work 10am till 1pm
Monday-
at school 6:30am till 4pm
practice 6pm-9pm
Tuesday-
school 6:30-4pm
practice 4pm-6:30pm
work 6:30-9:30pm
Wednesday-
school 6:30am-4pm
practice 4pm-6:30pm
Thursday-
school 6:30am-4pm
practice 4pm-6:30pm
chores- 7pm-8:30pm
Friday-
school 6:30-4pm
game time 5:30-11pm
Saturday-
laundry and chores grocery shopping

I dont go on weekend because there's always too big of a crowd, and it takes away from my timing. After school Mondays and fridays I use to eat dinner and having to wait in line. Is it just me or is the only time I have left on Wednesdays after practice, and dont forget about the time put in for homework which isnt much. I think Im too young to be this busy, Im even too busy to get in to see family and to get in to see the Coast Guard Recuiter.

I need help quick because Im gaining wait, I lost 20lbs this summer and I dont want to find it.

You could check and see if there are some less busy hours on the weekend, most gyms have their dull moments each day.

What time are you getting to bed each night (roughly) ? Assuming you do all your homework?

Remember to try and keep on a good diet - it'll lessen the stress on you, keep you alert, and keep the weight off.

Try communicating with Coast Guard by email? Then you can do it on your own time you know-just a thought.

Re: Having trouble keeping my weight

After every day I usually end up getting ready for bed around 10:30-11pm, and I've been keeping in touch with a recuiter by email, he said I needed to come by his office and Ive already told him I couldn't because the hours are during school. I think it could also be because I've been sick for the past 2 1/2 weeks.

Yikes - being sick for 2.5 weeks can't be fun ;(

That prob put a dent in your routine too

Do your classes start at 6:30? You could try working out before school, I have done that a few times before. You might need to get to bed like 20 min or so earlier

School doesnt start until 8:30 but the gym is on the other end of the campus, and plus when I get there I either get stuck doing homework or I sleep. It looks like I may start going to the track in the morning, to run a few laps.

Thats good you can still talk to the coast guard.

Do you have a big campus or somethin?

I would still say lift on saturday and sunday and try to squeeze some time in before school or after practice, maybe get some dumbells for at home?

Re: Having trouble keeping my weight

what does your diet look like? when do you eat? how often do you eat? can you give us a typical day's break down? include amounts if you can... diet is 80% of losing weight... if your diet is not right you won't lose weight no matter how much you work out... fill us in a bit on that and we can help more
