Re: Having trouble keeping my weight

wow! i feel for you. having a hectic schedule definitely doesn't help. i resorted to doing cardio on my lunch hour. would it be possible for you to do anything on your lunch hour? i don't know how high schools are these days, but ours was open lunch, so we could actually leave, or whatever, but it was only 30 minutes. though, still..if i had to, i think i would've squeezed in a 10-15 walk or something..just to get moving. or maybe some stairs or something...i dunno.
i hope you find something that works out for you and good luck with everything!

Re: Having trouble keeping my weight

lady i know what you mean about gaining weight while in school..when i was a freshmen in college last year i packed on 20lbs and started smoking again..
Soon as a started walking everywhere on campus with my book( all my books that is) and doing atkins dieting..i found a eays way to shead the LBS..plus when i eat on campus i would eat salads..or tuna wraps...instead of pizza ...because in college you spend most of your time sitting on your ass doing homework, in class or in teh libary resreching papers.. a good doet helps a long way ...being a full time student 12+ hours a week in college and plus you need 2-3 hours to study and prep for each class..since your college is big like mine maybe a Bike could help you out alittle..just peddle as hard as you can to yoru next class...then u may have time to hit the gym in between class periods for 10-15mins just for a little strength traiing to keep you Metabo going.....another thing i did was when i got home from school and was died tried i would take my ass on a nice 2 mile walk...if you have anyother questions i hope i can help...goodluck

Re: Having trouble keeping my weight

Go to the gym only twice a week. Such as for instance Tuesday & Friday. Go directly after you had practice. There are great 2 day routines that could help you out. Here is 1 of them. .

Day 1 ? Pull

Deadlift or PowerCleans
Bent Over Rows or Wide Grip Chins
Wide Grip Chins or BB Curls
Face Pulls or Cuban Presses

Day 2 ? Push

Squat
Barbell Bench Press or Dumbell Bench Press
Barbell Shoulder Press or Dumbell Shoulder Press
Dips or Close Grip Bench Press
