Is There Any Healthy Fast Food?

I'm guessing the answer to this question is going to be no but... its worth a shot.

Does anyone know of any meals at any fast food restaurants that are decently healthy?

Depends on your definition of healthy.

Is it say grass-fed beef healthy....no.
But there are alternatives for you to get when you go out instead of cheeseburgers and fries that are better choices. But as opposed to a properly thought out meal you bring from home, no it isn't.
