Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: How Do I Look for Healthy Foods? For starts, you don't want any Trans Fats - however, I don't think I've seen anything with much trans fats lately because of all the hype about how bad it is for ya. Also look for lots of dietary fiber |

Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: How Do I Look for Healthy Foods? Shop along the outside of the grocery store. Meaning fresh foods and meats, very little packaged food. Look for foods with a low ingrediant list. Foods with an ingrediant list you can pronounce. As little processed as possible. |
