Healthy Frozen Foods

hey folks
Every time I go to the grocery store I browse down the frozen foods isle and wonder if any of the packages aren't that bad for you.

Are there any healthy frozen foods? If so, which of the frozen foods should I get? Any recommendations?

thanks
fc

Re: Healthy Frozen Foods

I don't go down those isles much, but I would be interested in hearing about how healthy the Lean Cuisine frozen foods are

Full of salt.

Buy a bag of chicken and some sweet potatoes and make your own dinner. Cheaper and healthier in the long run.
