Qualifications Personal Trainer | Re: Over Consumption Of Water? I would not worry about drinking too much water. It's damn near impossible. I drink about a gallon a day in the offseason. When getting ready for a contest I up that to about 3 gallons a day in my preperation. It takes a lot of work and conscious effort to drink 3 gallsons of pure water a day. It would be very difficult to drink too much water....you would have to really work at it. So don't worry about that guys. Drink away! |

Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Over Consumption Of Water? I didn't think there could be an over consumption of something your body is 75% made out of, except the effect of drinking too much that you have to use the bathroom every hour. I like to drink a good amount, especially when the temperature is blistering hot and with meals. ~Shwa' |
