Hello everyone, I have been looking around on the net for some egg white solutions (such as the one mentioned in the "Preparing Egg Whites" thread. There are some products that are "Dried Egg Whites" that you can add as a powder to your protein shake or what not. I am wondering if dried egg whites are just as good of quality as pouring liquid egg whites into the shake. It seems that a "Dried" solution may be of less quality than normal. Anyone know anything more about "dried" solutions? Thank you. amber |
