No qualifications entered yet. | Post Work-Out Shake and Honey Sup One of my friends always has a spoonful or two of honey after his work out and right before he has his protein shake. I remember him telling me something about glycemic index stuff and insulin. Could anyone lightly brief me on the benefits of having a little honey after your work out and before your protein shake? -bk |
