How to Check Your Body fat %?

hey folks
I was just reading this thread
http://www.chronicfitness.com/forum/...gain-mass.html

I was wondering if anyone could give me instructions on how to accurately measure my body fat percentage? I have had it done for me before but didn't know what my nutrionist was doing to calculate my body fat %

thnx

I asked this question before but didn't really get the answer I was looking for. Mine had to do with using calipers accurately

Re: How to Check Your Body fat %?

The resources page now has a body fat calculator and a BMI calculator
http://www.chronicfitness.com/forum/...-resources.php

http://www.chronicfitness.com/body-fat-calculator.html

Remember to read the discretion though about online "body fat calculators"
