Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Tanning Bed or Sun Tan From a time standpoint, tanning booths are more convenient. You can get a pretty all over tan in between 10 and 20 miniutes depending on the intensity of the bulbs. Now they have bronzing spray that'll quicken your tan. |

Qualifications Nutritionist Personal Trainer I've Been to the Gym | Re: Tanning Bed or Sun Tan Really that is not true. I believe for the sake of the contest you need a suntan and the protan. But as far as which you use sunbed or real sun. That is not true they both are very harmful. Basically tanning in a bed is like being in a microwave. I worked in salons for years and it is proven that skin cancer has increased in young people. Just don't bake in either for long periods of time. |
