How Are People Doing on Their New Years Resolutions?

I saw the thread that was created for people stating their new year's resolutions.
http://www.chronicfitness.com/forum/...solutions.html

Was just curious on how people were doing with that?

I have heard lots of stories about huge increases in the number of people at the gym in January and then a steady decline from there on. ha too bad.

I slacked off on one of mine but I'm back on track now.

As far as lifting goes I have started keeping a log of my intake which is tight

Re: How Are People Doing on Their New Years Resolutions?

I took a few months longer to get on track, but I have increased my cardio and have my ratios of food now at 40-40-20. This is good for an endo like me. Was at 225 at 15% bf and decided to go to 205 at 11%. Ater a month I am at 214 and 13bf. My goals change but this one is right on. I have been as high as 242lbs. With age comes change!
