Re: New Years Resolutions

I didn't exactly make any resolutions this year, but I do have some fitness related goals:

I want to continue building muscle over the winter and not lose it when i get super active ont he summer

I plan to compete in my first duathlon in May

I plan to run in the same half marathon I did last fall, and improve my time by at least 5 minutes.

Re: New Years Resolutions

185 / 10% BF (@ 180 about 13% right now)
Lift 1000 lbs in the big 3 (@ DL/BP/SQ 365/215/255 = 835....just bought grippers so hopefully DL will go up...BP depends on results from MRI on my shoulder and how bad labrum damage is)
Pass my fundamentals of engineering exam in April
Finish my Masters of Engineering this year.
