Any Facebook Folks Out There?

Hey all,

There is a Facebook group for all of us fitness / bodybuilding / nutrition enthusiasts now on FaceBook. It is called the "Bodies Built to Impress" group.

If you have a Facebook account, please join the group and invite all your friends (and tell them to invite friends

)! This will help to spread the word and get more of your pals on the site & recruit some more knowledge.

It is easy to invite your friends to the group, just select "Invite Friends" on the group page and select all of the friends you'd like to invite.

Facebook is like the new and improved MySpace for those of you who haven't heard of it. It is much cleaner, more organized, and there is not much spam or many stalkers or "bad people" on it because of the way the system is set up. Its a very popular system with college students because you can communicate and see the profiles of everyone in your college and network with people in classes etc. However, its also great for other people who just don't like the crap on MySpace.

Just a nice heads up.
