Hey whats up, After changing the default thread subscription / notification (http://www.chronicfitness.com/forum/...scription.html) I found that I personally wasn't a fan of the "Daily Email Notification." I still liked the Instant Email Notification for each thread. However, I wanted to take a poll of how everyone likes there notification so that it will be set to fit the most people.
