Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Personal Workout Music vs Gym Music I haven't been that much into listening to music while training. My football coach wouldn't let us listen to music during our workouts. I suppose it was for mental focus or something, so music hasn't been a necessity for me in the gym. |

Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Personal Workout Music vs Gym Music That's an interesting approach, I would expect a lot of music to get pumped up and psyched for games. I'll attach my playlist when I'm home with songs. Some of my traditional ones 1. Eye of the Tiger - Survivor 2. Metallica 3. Slipknot
