Haven't got an Ipod or MP3, so I have to put up with the music channels on the TV or the CDs that they play depending which room I'm in.

Re: Personal Workout Music vs Gym Music

Lately I have been going without music just for a change up. But, when I do have the MP3 strapped on my arm, there's a lot of alternative / metal flowing through the ears.

For me thats a hard change up to do, i get so used to always having something to listen to. the arm strap for the mp3 is also great during arm workouts cause you get to feel that intensity coming from the pump
