Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Personal Workout Music vs Gym Music I love all three of those. Great pump up songs, you might also like the Eye of the Tiger remix by DMX. (And regular Eye of the Tiger).

Qualifications Personal Trainer Looking to Learn More | Re: Personal Workout Music vs Gym Music Why do guys like "angry" music? just curious...can someone explain this to me? I don't like being angry, anger is a negative emotion to ME and depressing. I like happy upbeat dance sorta music/beats to train to...especially all cardio and swimming (yea, swimming...I have a otterbox for my ipod, totally waterproof) |
