Why To Post An Article

Hey whats up,
Some interest has been expressed that people wanted to get their article on Chronic Fitness. For this reason I created a "Post Your Own Article" forum where everyone can post an article they write.

If your article receives enough hits, which will be a variable amount depending on the flow of traffic, then your article will be promoted to the frontpage as a normal article. Or, if your article receives good replies from other members, then it will be promoted. (You can always edit your articles as long as they are in the forum if you want to make adjustments.)

You are also permitted to include one link to your site for credit of writing the article. However, the link must be to an approved website.

Frequently there will be article contests in which there is a prize for the most popular or highly rated article. These contests will be stickied threads so look for them.

Recommended Guidelines for Articles
  1. Article must be original content and not published on many other sites.
  2. Aim for between 500 and 1000 words.
  3. Correct spelling & grammar.
  4. Use quality details. It is hard to learn from a vague article.
  5. Back up your points with citations, studies, and experiences.
  6. Make your title descriptive and to the point.
Hope to see some good articles up!
