Lightbulb We Want Facts Not Bullshit

Hey whats up

Something I believe is key to a successful and HELPFUL bodybuilding forum is the absence of myths and false advice.

In order for this to be enacted, when you are giving advice or facts, please try to cite your sources if possible. This doesn't mean you need some huge ordeal with author names, pages or whatever, but a simple URL or name of a book would be helpful.

If you can't cite your source for whatever reason don't sweat it, someone else may be able to help out. In return, if you see information which could use citing, feel free to show a link to somewhere which backs up the advice given.

This by no means is a reason to spam the forum with links to your website. Citing a source means citing a REPUTABLE source. Anyone found flooding links to crap articles or information will be warned and banned.

Hope this helps to provide everyone with the highest quality advice, results, and information.

Thanks

Bump, shift and other methods of getting this as high up as the rankings as possible. That I think is a marvellous idea. However, if I may add a word of caution how do we define what a "reputable source" is? You see sometimes I find Wikipedia to a good source and other times BBC News?
