Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | A Template to Fill Out Before Advice A great idea was suggested by bronson and that was to set up a small template that members can fill out in order to get the most helpful, specific, and appropriate advice when it comes to AAS. Using this in conjunction with the steroid profiles that will be developed will make for a great help system in the AAS forum I think. Please contribute your thoughts on using such a template. Also, what template fields would you like to see and do you think are vital?

I don't know if steroids are the answer. I have been training for 6 months with weights and doing a little tread mill work. Example 2: Age 29 - Height 6 feet even - Weight 185lbs - BF 14% - Diet clean - Goals to gain 15lbs lean muscle - Cycle Experience none - Years Training 6 - Health Issues none I am healthy - Brief history and goal: I am a 29 year old male who has been training for 6 years. I am healthy and strong but I am stuck at 185lbs and just can't seem to achieve my goal of 200lbs. I have been giving this a lot of thought for a year and a half. I am physically and mentally ready to take the next step and do a cycle to achieve my goals. Hard gaining ectomorph! |
