It is used in some post cycle theropy along side other substances. All the posts connect to steroid use in some way. I tried to use caution in posting, because of the forum rules. This can be a little difficult, because dosage and cycle information is omitted. I hope I did ok. Alb Tex can explain some topics better, but I think his hands are a little tied also. I hope everyone enjoyed the reading material. |

Trib seems to be the next OTC novalty in body building, so companies are starting to charge more for the product. I used Trib 5 years ago. GNC sold it for $12.99 for 60 caplets. Last I checked, Tribex was selling for $39.99 for the same amount. TEX

Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Tribulus Terrestris in Tribex So could you take Tribulus Terrestris as a normal supplement simply to get a little bit more test naturally?

Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Tribulus Terrestris in Tribex Yea, I am young enough that I would not bother, I am sure my levels are high enough. However, I am just saying for other people who read this thread, it seemed like a question a lot of people might have in the back of their mind.

For older guys, many have been helped with replacement therapy. I know of some instances where men have paid some very high prices, money wise to boost their test levels. I know of men using trib during pct, but not by itself. Maybe when Tex comes back on he can give us some of his thoughts on this subject. I would think as far as replacement or to boost test levels in older men the factors would be based on age?, test results, insurance?, duration, ect. |

Qualifications Personal Trainer Avid Bodybuilding Reader | Re: Tribulus Terrestris in Tribex Looking at the last tests done on Tribulus, it would not be a good product for replacement therapy. The product just cannot elevate a man's testosterone levels high enough to be effective. At 5 grams a day, it elevates an average man's natural test production only slightly. For a man who has naturally low levels of testosterone, the increase in production is even less while taking 5g of tribulus. From a Post Cycle Therapy point of view, the benefits are slightly higher for someone while waiting for his natural levels are coming back online. Tribulus does help keep testosterone levels higher while synthetic testosterone is leaving the body and natural test production is rebounding. Again, 5g seems to be the most nominal potency. With that said, I would not recommend running tribulus more than 4 weeks as it could be taxing on the liver. TEX
