I'm assuming that taste matters quite a bit to you, as most Muscle Milk lovers do. I would have to say, regardless of having excellent taste, Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey is a great drink. It blends really easily and taste pretty good. It has a very thin taste which I like. Also, it has 28 grams of protein in each scoop and a little over 4 grams of glutamine.
I really like this because of the amount of glutamine, muscle milk only has 2 grams each serving.
If you would like to test it, they make a small version too so you don't have to buy the big bottle.
