Re: Looking for all-natural products backed by clinical studies

The two I mentioned are Overdrive and CordyMax. Cordymax is Cordyceps sinensis strain Cs-4 which (when combined with exercise helps your body get more oxygen to the muscles. Overdrive has a bunch of different vitamins and if you take it before you work out you can work out longer and harder. If you take it after you work out you recover faster. I take 2 before and 1 after.

I don't take a Protein shake exactly, but I take a diet shake that has 235 calories and 26 grams of protein (plus lots of vitamins) as a 4th or 5th meal so that's kind of my protein shake.

Then I take a multivitamin with lots of antioxidants and stuff, resihi mushroom for my immune system, green tea extract (antioxidants), cartilege, bone, Omega fatty acids sometimes eye or probiotic supplements. Also an awesome Gac fruit drink, and an aloe drink. Basically I take as many supplements as I can as long as I know they work and are safe.

I guess I wouldn't mind adding something that adds bulk (like if I could find creatine that meets my organic and clinical trial requirements).
