The problem with chicken, in particular, is that it contains a protein lectin that is incompatible with a certain blood-type antigen so it attacks an organ or system and begins to agglutinate cells in that area.
I am one person in particular that cannot eat chicken so I replace it with fish, eggs, and limited amounts of other lean meats. |
That's very interesting that you brnig that up. A friend and I have been doing some studying on Blood Type allergies for the past couple of weeks. There are "optimal" and "modest" proteins for each blood type. It's pretty interesting actually.
