The problem with chicken, in particular, is that it contains a protein lectin that is incompatible with a certain blood-type antigen so it attacks an organ or system and begins to agglutinate cells in that area.
I am one person in particular that cannot eat chicken so I replace it with fish, eggs, and limited amounts of other lean meats. |
