I wouldn't recommend sleep deprivation actually.
but if your looking to squeeze some exercising into your daily/weekly routine & your busy the way it is....do what I do: run early in the morning before work or run late at night 10-11ish. That way you don't have to work around gym hours. Then again, if your from a big city, that might not be safe. But where there is a will, then there's a way, right?
