Hey whats up,
I would just like to make a note of why it appears that I am making conversation with myself in the forum. Chronic Fitness used to use a different system for our message board but recently upgraded (this forum will provide a lot more helpful options). Anyways, there was no script available to transfer all of the posts to the new forum and so this user was used to manually moved the posts over to the new forum. This is why a lot of the posts appear to be from me.
