Before you go and start punching a bag, make sure you talk with an educated trainer about whether or not you are healthy enough to jump into such a grueling workout. Also, correct form is everything. Punching a bag is hard on the hand and the wrist, so make sure it is done properly. You don't want to injure yourself or it will be harder to loose the weight! |
