| Re: German Volume Training I have run this program twice after bulkers. The purpose of this was: to maintain / add strength, lean out a little (as the water comes off,) and to give the elbows a rest. Some of the great results from the program was my form was outstanding, my strength maintained in some areas and increased in others, I leaned out as planned and increased my muscle endurance.
I was very happy with the program and would encourage others to give it a try. Main thing to keep in mind is you must check your ego at the door and do not sway from the program. You might want to keep a little journal to map your progress as well. It's nice to see the results at the end!
