Great post gymBum!
He hit the nail on the head! Diet is the number one factor when it comes to losing weight(BF) and or gaining weight! Cardio is number two and actual weight training is number 3. People don't realize that weight training replaces fat with new grown muscle. Please don't go with the scale either as they lie. Remeber when weight training, youlose fat and gain muscle which is more dense than fat.
Why don't you lay out a typical day for us with meals eaten and timnes and include the times you wake, sleep and train along with your current stats ie. height, weight, current bf, and goals you would like to reach. Then we can come up with a diet and training regimen to help you further!
PS....You may want to leave your real name out of future posts!
