| Re: Anyone using DC Training? DC is a pretty intense training program. I've used modified versions of it in my training.
From what I've read, it mandates working one body part two times a week with one exercise per session (i.e., for chest, flat bench on Monday and incline db on Thursday). Most are use to training body parts one time a week. According to DC, this results in 52 rest and recovery periods per week, which is when muscles grow. DC reasons that the increased frequency and thus increased rest and recovery will lead to more muscle growth. |
