I've Been to the Gym | One Good Way to Lose Weight Hey everybody
This is a good post for everyone who wants to lose weight, right - who doesnt? The best way to show those ab's you say you have. Well the best ways to lose weight are to eat right people dag gone get a good eating plan going. Actually go to the gym and workout, dont talk. Cardio cardio cardio people. I cant stress that enough. Best times in the morning right when u wake up have a cup of coffee and go jog or do some form of cardio for 30-45mins and then after your workout in the gym do cardio again. If you do those simple things I'm telling you, you will be a happy person
