I am NOT a doctor.. My suggestion, is to go to YOUR doctor, ask him what he/she would recommend your calorie intake be for your age, height and frame. Exercise 30min a day, at least 4 times a week examples: walking, riding bike, possibly swimming etc...Follow your doctors recommendation ONLY!! As a trainer, (NOT certified untill Jan09) consulting your doctor would be the first thing I would have you do, before I took you on as a client. With an heart condition you probably should NOT use any diet pills. Also, losing 2 much weight 2 fast is not good for your health especially your heart...Good Luck
