Absolutely not! A well balanced diet is important to maintain. Many people get the wrong idea about "fat" - there is a lot of very healthy fat that you should be consuming.
If you want to lose weight faster, you should be eating healthy and regularly and not cutting anything like fat entirely out of your diet.
