Glucosamine is often used to treat Osteoarthritis, not much to know unless you want the biology behind it which most people aren't interested in heh.
It is supposed to help rebuild joint cartilage.
It is derived from shellfish so people with an allergy to that may want to be careful. However, I think it is from a different part of the shellfish than most people have the allergy to, so you could be in the clear. |
