You need to gain weight all over. There's really no other advice to give. At 6'1 and 140 lbs you will probably need to gain about 50-60 lbs to look like you have muscle.

Stick to heavy compound lifting for 80% of your lifts. The other 20% can be isolation stuff. Eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat. Oh and when you've done that eat some more.

Also you don't have pictures of your legs. Add squats to your routine (if not already).

To be blunt, yes I was a skeleton. I like the improvement I've made and your right, I should have had some before pictures. I'm not too concerned about my legs because I run about 3-4 times a week and plat a lot of DDR (Dance Dance Revolution), thats a real helper. But yes, the main thing is for me to gain mass by eating like there was no tomorrow, but I find it hard to do at times. Having a high motabolism (sp?) can make it hard (at least I think so)
